Instalar VNC Server en Xubuntu

1. Instalar Vino VNC.

sudo apt-get install vino

2. Ingresar a las preferencias.

vino-preferences

3. Habilitar Allow other users to view your desktop y Allow other users to control your desktop.

4. Desactivar You must confirm each access to this machine.

5. Y lo mas importante colocar clave.

6. Se agrega la regla para permitir conectarse al puerto 5900 VNC

sudo ufw allow from any to any port 5900

7. Se instala Dconf

sudo apt-get install dconf-editor

8. Corremos Dconf

dconf-editor

9. Deshabilitamos require encryption 

org > gnome > desktop > remote-access

dconf editor

10. Abrimos Session and Startup  y habilitamos Desktop Sharing

session and startup

11. Reiniciamos y listo
